It is our great pleasure to announce the 16 th annual Zonta FilmFest, hosted by the Zonta Club of Newport Harbor Foundation, at the beautiful Marion Knott Studios at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film on Saturday, March 7, 2026. Zonta FilmFest, which combines local filmmakers with a community fundraising campaign, is a tremendous advertising opportunity for businesses interested in attracting local customers, plus being a wonderful philanthropic donation. Your sponsorship will showcase your business to 150+ people in Orange County and will benefit two worthwhile causes impacting students here in Orange County.

The Zonta Award for Dodge Filmmakers

Over the past 15 years, Zonta has provided $136,700 in scholarships to film students at Dodge College. The scholarships awarded to the young filmmakers provide them with additional funds to create films that benefit society. Our Zonta FilmFest includes a fascinating panel discussion before intermission with several of the filmmakers who previously won Zonta Scholarships.

AAUW Fund Tustin-Santa Ana-Orange Branch
Our second beneficiary shares our Zonta International goals and values. AAUW advances equity through advocacy, education, philanthropy and research. The organization has 170,000+ members across the U.S. Zonta FilmFest will support two AAUW programs:

1) Grants for graduate student fellowships within the AAUW Fund
2) Opportunities for rising 8th grade students to attend Tech Trek, a week-long science and math camp at Whittier College to encourage STEM careers.
